Rules for the provision of services
Rules for the provision of services at the EdMed Training Center.
These Rules define the conditions for the provision of educational services by the EdMed Training Center (UKC EdMed LLC) and are binding on both the Contractor and the Customer (listener) from the moment the educational services agreement is concluded (acceptance of the public offer).
1. Recording and registration
1.1. Registration for events, courses and internships (hereinafter referred to as "Events") is carried out through the forms on the website, by e-mail edu@edmed.ru or by phone +7 812 403-02-09.
1.2. Upon registration, the participant must provide reliable full name, contacts, city and place of work / study — these data are used to issue certificates and documents on training.
1.3. Full-time participation is confirmed by registration at the venue on the day of the Event. Access to the online broadcast is provided by a link sent to the e-mail address specified during recording.
2. Payment
2.1. The cost and schedule of price changes (early prices) are indicated on the page of each Event. The price is fixed at the time of payment.
2.2. Invoices and closing documents are provided for legal entities upon request.
3. Cancellation, postponement and refund
3.1. The Customer may withdraw from participation with a refund in accordance with the procedure and amounts specified in clause 5 of the Public Offer.
3.2. In case of cancellation or significant postponement of the Event by the Contractor, the Customer has the right to receive a full refund or transfer the payment to another Event.
3.3. Refund claims are accepted by e-mail edu@edmed.ru ; refund is made within 10 business days.
4. The behavior of the participants
4.1. Participants are required to observe the order in the Event venues and the instructions of the organizers.
4.2. Participants are not allowed to take photos and videos of the Event without the approval of the organizers. By attending the Event, the participant agrees to the possibility of getting into the frame of photo and video materials used by the organizer for informational purposes.
5. Certificates and documents
5.1. Participant certificates are issued at the end of the Event in electronic or printed form, subject to registration.
5.2. Events accredited in the system of Continuing Medical Education (CME) are marked on the Event page; CME points are awarded in accordance with the rules of accreditation.
6. Online format
6.1. Access to online broadcasts and recordings is provided personally and is not transferable to third parties.
6.2. Course entries available in the online courses section are provided under the conditions specified on the relevant pages.
7. Personal data and cookies
7.1. The personal data of the participants is processed in accordance with the "Consent to the processing of personal data" posted on the website and Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data".
7.2. The site uses the Yandex.Metrica Internet statistics service without the Session Replay component - there is no recording or viewing of user actions on the site pages. Only anonymized statistical data (IP address, browser type and device, pages visited, duration of the visit) is collected using cookies. The user can prohibit the storage of cookies in the browser settings.
