Public offer

This document is an official offer (public offer) of the limited liability company EdMed Educational and Consulting Center (UKC EdMed LLC), hereinafter referred to as the "Contractor", to conclude an agreement on the provision of educational services with any interested person (hereinafter referred to as the "Customer"), who will accept this offer for the conditions set out below.

1. General provisions

1.1. In accordance with clause 2 of Article 437 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, this offer is recognized as public: The Contractor undertakes to provide educational services in relation to the services stipulated by the subject of the offer (clause 2.1) to anyone who applies.

1.2. Acceptance of the offer is the registration and sending by the Customer of an application for participation in the event (course, internship) through the registration forms on the website, by e-mail or by phone, as well as payment for the service. Acceptance means the Customer's full and unconditional agreement with the terms of this offer.

1.3. The Contract is considered concluded from the moment the Contractor receives the acceptance. The place of conclusion of the contract is St. Petersburg.

2. Subject of the agreement

2.1. The Contractor undertakes to provide educational services at the request of the Customer: congresses, conferences, symposiums, workshops, lectures, advanced training courses and internships (hereinafter referred to as the "Event"), and the Customer undertakes to accept and pay for the services. The list, program, dates, format (face-to-face, online, mixed), venue and cost of Events are posted on the Contractor's website on the pages of the relevant Events.

2.2. The services are provided on the basis of educational license No. 4611 dated November 22, 2021.

3. The procedure for the provision of services

3.1. Registration for the Event is carried out through the forms on the website, by e-mail edu@edmed.ru or by phone +7 812 403-02-09.

3.2. Participation in the face-to—face format is confirmed by registration at the venue; online format - by providing access to the broadcast or recording.

3.3. The Contractor has the right to replace the announced lecturers, make changes to the program, dates, venue or format of the Event, notifying the Customer in advance at the contacts indicated by him. In case of a significant change in the terms, the Customer has the right to withdraw from participation with a refund of the paid cost in full.

4. Cost and payment procedure

4.1. The cost of services is indicated on the Event page and may include early prices that increase as the date of the event approaches — the dates of price changes are indicated on the Event page.

4.2. Payment is made by the Customer by transferring funds to the Contractor's current account according to the invoice issued or by other means offered on the website (bank card, account for legal entities). The payment obligation is considered fulfilled from the moment the funds are credited.

4.3. For legal entities, payment is made by invoice on the basis of a concluded agreement or acceptance of this offer.

5. Return procedure

5.1. The Customer has the right to withdraw from participation and receive a refund of the cost paid, minus the actual costs incurred by the Contractor, if the refusal has been received.:

• no later than 14 calendar days before the date of the Event — 100% refund of the cost;

• from 7 to 13 calendar days — 80% refund %;

• from 3 to 6 calendar days — 50% refund %;

• in less than 3 calendar days, no refund is made.

5.2. For online courses provided in the entry, no refund is made after the start of access.

5.3. In order to receive a refund, the Customer submits an application to edu@edmed.ru . The refund is made within 10 business days in the same way as the payment was made.

6. Liability of the parties

6.1. The Contractor is responsible for non-provision or provision of services of inadequate quality in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.

6.2. The Contractor is not responsible for the inability to provide services for reasons beyond the Contractor's control (force majeure, actions of third parties, cancellation / postponement of the Event by decision of authorized bodies); in this case, the paid cost is refunded to the Customer or transferred to another event of his choice.

6.3. The Customer is responsible for the accuracy of the data provided during registration.

7. Validity period and change of terms

7.1. The Offer comes into force from the moment of posting on the website and is valid until its withdrawal.

7.2. The Contractor has the right to make changes to the terms of the offer, which come into force from the moment of publication on the website.
